Requirements for session:
PAYMENT IS REQUIRED IN FULL DAY OF APPOINTMENT
ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS: EXACT CASH/CARD
An initial 10 minute phone intake is required before scheduling appointment to determine client’s needs, location of appointment, and to make sure space is fitted for mobile massage services
A clean and completely cleared 6ft x 8 ft space is required to schedule a mobile massage with Ocean Mist Mobile Massage
For a peaceful relaxing session, please ensure pets are comfortably settled in another area of the house
What mobile massage looks like in your home:
2-3 days before appointment:
Intake/Consent forms will be sent to you via email. Complete forms and email them back to oceanmistmobilemassage@gmail.com at least 48 hours before appointment
Day of appointment:
Allow 10-20 minutes before appointment time for equipment set-up & intake
60-minute massage (if you do not allow 15 minutes before appointment, you will still pay the full rate with allotted time for set-up/intake)
Allow 10 minutes after appointment for breakdown of equipment & payment.
Cancellation Policy
Client is expected and required to give Ocean Mist Mobile Massage 48 hours notice for cancellation. Cancelling 48 hours or more prior is at no cost.
24 hours prior is 50% cost of session and day of is full cost of session.
An invoice will be sent and the amount is due in full for applicable cost as highlighted above on the day of cancellation.
The invoice must be paid in full within 24 hours of cancellation or the client will be dismissed from the practice.
