Orthopedic Cupping
Orthopedic cupping helps to release adhesions/tightness to restore range of motion and decrease pain. Cupping can be done statically (non-moving) or dynamically (with movement). Both methods can be used during a session according to what the body needs & what is being treated in the session.
Cupping is myofascial/soft tissue decompression. It lifts, stretches and spreads tissue, creating space and removing adhesions. Cupping will restore movement and remove blood and lymph in that area, getting good blood flow and facilitating healing.
Sprain, strain or tear, typically muscle fibers will tear. Any soft issue will tear and body will damage. After a soft tissue injury, the body will send excess of lymph, etc to help area heal. But sometimes it doesn't rush out after coming in and it adds more fluid to original injury and cause additional pain and inflammation. With all this comes adhesions and limitations.
