Myofascial Release:

Gentle, sustained pressure or stretching to open the restricted fascia. This work is very slow and intuitive work that will release, stretch and relax fascia.

What is Fascia?

Fascia is sensitive connective tissue that surrounds every nerve, muscle, and organ in your body. Muscle and Fascia are interconnected, it is impossible to massage a muscle without massaging fascia.

Myofascial release can be helpful for: underlying chronic health conditions that cause tightness and restrictions in the soft tissues, frequent/chronic headaches, PTSD, athletes, painful/complex postural asymmetries, etc

Trigger Point Therapy:

Trigger Points are also known as “knots”. Trigger Points are points in a muscle that cannot contract properly. This dysfunction can cause direct pain where it is located, as well throughout the body.

Trigger Point Therapy goes hand in hand with Myofascial Release.

Swedish/Therapeutic Integrated Massage:

A mix of Swedish and other massage styles are used to tailer each massage to best fit each individual’s needs and health goals.

Pregnancy Massage:

Changes during pregnancy can lead to increased emotional, mental and physical stress and discomfort. Massage provides means to decrease discomforts of pregnancy, reduce stress, increase circulation, reduce pain, assist with relaxation/sleep and provide nurturing and social contact.

Specific pillows and side-lying postures are used to prevent putting pressure on the abdomen.

Chair Massage: for events

examples: employee appreciation, bachelorette party, baby shower, wedding, girl’s night, birthday party, etc.

Sports Massage:

Combines classic and specific techniques designed to provide therapeutic impact for the unique physical and biomechanical needs of athletes.

Benefits: Sports massage can prevent chronic issues, support tissue repair, reduce adhesions and facilitates proper-scar tissue adaptation. It helps athletes maintain/improve range of motion, muscle flexibility, and help the athlete achieve maximum potential before and event, and a quick recovery afterwards.

Increases flow of circulatory fluids & lymph, reduces muscle soreness and hypertonicity of muscles, quicker and more complete recovery from injury, and reduces pain and promotes relaxation.

60 minute massage: $145

90 minute massage: $220

60 minute chair massage: $145

Chair massage can be offered for events/those with more limited mobility.

A 60 minute chair massage can be broken down into 5 or 10 minute increments for events.

There is a maximum of four hours of chair massage that can be booked per event!

Rates

60 or 90 minute massage can be full body or specific area (ex: hands and feet)
